The Sydney 2 CAMberra Charity Ride was created after a young Sydney couple lost their son Cameron through stillbirth. The tragic event heavily impacted their life and touched many of their family members and friends.
In recognition of Cameron, the Ride aims to raise significant funds, awareness and support of families affected by stillbirth and SIDS, all funds raised will be donated to the Stillbirth Foundation Australia and Red Nose (formerly SIDS and Kids) on behalf of the Sydney 2 CAMberra participants, supporters and volunteers.
2021 Sydney2Camberra Virtual Event
This is Sydney2Camberra’s 10th year and our 5th year participating with our chosen charity.
This year we participated in the Volunteer Challenge: Walk 11,357 steps which equals 8.65km for all the babies saved through awareness.
Over 7 days we achieved 60.55km and 79,499 steps

2020 Sydney2Camberra Virtual Event
This is Sydney2Camberra’s 9th year and our 4th year participating with our chosen charity.
This year the 300km charity bike ride in Apirl was postponed due to covid-19 and the event became a virtual event. We were all asked to cycle – ride – walk 10857km which is the number of little lives saved since the risk reduction campaigns were introduced back in 1989-2018.
We decided this year to make it a family event. As a family we added 46km to the final tally of 11,000km – an amazing achievement between the Sydney2Camberra family across Australia and New Zealand.

2019 Sydney2Camberra Ride
Thank you to everyone who has supported Rob and Donna in participating in this years Sydney2CAMberra event – a 300km charity bike ride from Sydney to Canberra over 2 days.
We really enjoyed our role in lead car “A” driving and navigating. The highlight of the ride was making each destination in one piece with no injuries or getting lost.
Everyone rides/volunteers for different reasons – all with the same mindset to help and support those affected by the loss of a child – any loss during a pregnancy to the loss of a baby, toddler or a child.

2018 Sydney2Camberra Ride
The Sydney2CAMberra Ride is a 300km charity bike ride from Sydney to Canberra over 2 days which has turned out to be a massive support unit for those families who have lost a little one either to Stillbirth or Sudden Infant Death (now known as Red Nose). To get 80 riders safely from Sydney to Canberra takes a lot of volunteers driving support cars – helping with food- road marshaling- medical support – accommodation – the logistics are unbelievable and yet every year for the past 7 years the team have done it. This year Strive Wealth Solutions took a family approach and are proud to be associated with the 2018 Sydney2CAMberra Ride with all funds raised going to Red Nose and Stillbirth Foundation Australia.

2016 Sydney2Camberra Ride
Did you know ….. There are six stillborn babies a day in Australia. Robert is riding for those families affected by SIDS and Stillborn and for all the little angels in heaven. Strive Wealth Solutions are proud to be associated with the 2016 Sydney2CAMberra Ride with all funds raised going to SIDS and Kids and Stillbirth Foundation Australia.
